Project Overview

I require a complete recreation of the following website:

The objective is to create a fully functional duplicate of the existing website structure, design, content layout, functionality, and user experience. Once completed, I will rebrand the website myself by replacing company branding, company information, policies, and other business-specific content.

I have obtained permission to do this, from the company owner.

I do not have access to the original website files, source code, theme files, or assets. The successful freelancer will therefore need to recreate the website from scratch or use an appropriate method to replicate the website structure and functionality.

Scope of Work

Website Recreation
Recreate the website structure, pages, navigation, and layouts.
Recreate all front-end functionality.
Ensure responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Recreate forms, calculators, booking systems, animations, and any other user-facing functionality present on the current website.
Maintain SEO-friendly page structure and URLs where possible.
Ensure all pages are functional and linked correctly.
Portal Integration

The website will need to be prepared for integration with the following accounting practice management software:

The freelancer should:

Review the BrightManager platform and available integration options.
Integrate the client portal and relevant user-facing functionality where possible.
Ensure the portal functions correctly within the new website environment.
Provide any setup guidance required for final implementation.
Content & Branding Changes

The website copy and branding will largely remain the same initially, however:

Company name will be changed.
Branding elements (logo, colours, etc.) will be replaced.
Terms & Conditions will be replaced.
Privacy Policy will be replaced.
Contact information will be updated.
A different live chat solution will be installed.
Technical Requirements
