Real Estate Site w/ Booking

I’m launching a real-estate website and need a developer who can take it from blank canvas to a polished, fully-functional platform. The core of the site is straightforward: showcase properties and let visitors immediately reserve a viewing or short-term stay through an on-page “Book Now” button that talks to an external booking system (API or iframe—whichever proves more reliable).

Here’s what I have in mind:
• Property pages that load quickly, look great on mobile, and include high-resolution galleries, price, location map, and basic specs.
• A robust search or filter so users can find the right listing fast (beds, price range, neighborhood, etc.).
• Agent contact pop-ups or forms beside each listing so leads go straight to the right person.
• That critical booking button: when clicked it should pass the property ID and desired dates to the external booking engine and return an instant confirmation or next-step prompt.
• Clean CMS integration (WordPress, Laravel, custom React—open to suggestions) so my team can add or edit listings without touching code.

Success criteria
1. A live, responsive site deployed on my hosting with SSL and basic SEO meta tags in place.
2. Booking flow tested end-to-end with the external system in both sandbox and live mode.
3. Admin dashboard documentation (video or PDF) showing how to post a new property, change images, and track bookings.
