Python Developer for Intraday Trading Automation
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
Project Overview:
We are looking for an experienced freelance developer who can help us build, deploy, and automate intraday trading strategies using Python on the Angel One (SmartAPI) trading platform.
You will be responsible for writing clean, production-ready code, implementing an end-to-end trading logic, integrating with Angel One APIs, and helping with complete setup on a cloud/local machine.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and deploy Python-based intraday trading algorithms
• Integrate with Angel One SmartAPI (including authentication, order placement, fetching OHLC data, and positions)
• Implement technical indicators/strategies like ORB, VWAP, SuperTrend, RSI, etc. (will be shared/discussed)
• Set up backtesting support (if possible with historical data)
• Enable live trading, paper trading, and logging
• Build basic error handling, retries, and logging
• Provide support for setup (on local/cloud like AWS/EC2/VPS or Raspberry Pi)
• Ensure the script handles session expiry, rate limiting, API errors gracefully
• Add basic dashboard/CLI monitoring (optional but a plus)

• Strong experience in Python, especially with pandas, requests, datetime, etc.
• Prior experience integrating with Angel One SmartAPI or other Indian brokers (Zerodha, Fyers, etc.)
• Familiar with intraday trading concepts, risk management, and order types (MIS, SL, market, limit)
• Hands-on with cron jobs, API token handling, and cloud deployment (e.g., on EC2 or VPS)
• Ability to write modular, scalable, and well-documented code
• Availability for 2-3 iterations and support for debugging
