We’re building The Sharp Circle — a sharp, data-first sports betting media brand fusing elite content, predictive analytics, and a clean tech stack.
We’re hiring a remote Project Manager to lead creative and technical coordination across frontend (React/Tailwind), backend, and design workflows. You’ll work directly with the CTO to ensure sprint execution is clean, assets are organized, and systems evolve with scale.

Top 5 Must-Have Skills:
• Frontend + Backend Workflow Fluency
• Google Workspace Ops Mastery
• QA Sensibility Across Design & Dev
• Async Communication Excellence
• System Building & Ownership
* Willingness to sign NDA
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate sprint timelines and handoffs between Figma, frontend, and backend
• Build and manage Google Sheets trackers for tasks, QA, and asset flow
• QA staging builds and design implementations
• Lead async communication across Slack + Gmail
• Maintain version control and file structure in Google Drive
• Work with the CTO and founder to iterate systems, prioritize tasks, and maintain creative velocity
• Contribute to team documentation and SOPs

Frontend Workflow Awareness:
You understand Tailwind/React workflows, design implementation, and UI/UX component logic.

Growth Readiness:
You want to lead operations long-term and scale something meaningful.
Tools We Use:

Compensation & Budget
This is a milestone-based and hourly position.
Our target budget range is $7–$25/hour depending on experience and deliverables.
