Private Therapy Practice System Integration

I am launching a private therapy practice and need an experienced freelancer to complete the setup and integration of my business systems.

Current setup:

* Domain and business email already purchased through GoDaddy
* Landing page/website already created
* Therapy appointment booking system already in progress

I need help finishing and connecting everything so it functions as a fully working system.

Scope of work:

* Connect and fully integrate booking/scheduling system with website
* Ensure business email is properly configured and working (GoDaddy)
* Set up calendar sync and appointment confirmations/reminders
* Integrate payment processing (Stripe/Square or similar)
* Test full client booking flow from website → scheduling → confirmation
* Set up basic automation (emails/text reminders if possible)
* Ensure mobile responsiveness and smooth user experience
* Provide guidance or documentation on how to manage systems after setup
* Ensure secure setup and proper account ownership transfer
