[PrestaShop 1.7] Payment Module – Antom (All Methods) + Credit Card Surcharge + Order After Payment

We need a PrestaShop 1.7 payment module integrating Antom (AMS API) for all available payment methods.

Main requirements:
• Antom redirect/checkout integration (standard gateway flow)
• Handle payment notification/webhook (and/or status inquiry if needed)
• IMPORTANT: PrestaShop order must be created only after payment is confirmed successful (not on redirect)

Extra features:
• Configurable surcharge for credit cards only (fixed amount or %)
• If supported by Antom: Authorize / Capture flow
• Ability to capture or reject/void payment from PrestaShop back office before charging

Admin settings:
• API credentials + signing keys
• Card surcharge configuration
• Logging/debug toggle

Deliverables:
• Working PS 1.7 module (installable ZIP + source)
• Basic installation/config instructions
• Tested in sandbox
