PioneerRx Automation Needed
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 CAD
I need two separate automations built directly inside PioneerRx and will only consider someone who has already scripted or configured in this system.
The first automation must watch the incoming e-script feed, capture each prescription, verify the patient record, check active insurance, confirm the drug, strength and directions, then adjudicate the claim so the prescription lands in the correct workflow with no manual keying. Any mismatch or missing field should surface a clear flag for staff review rather than stopping the entire queue.
The second automation should run a daily sweep for overdue refills, automatically text the patient after the set number of days, and—if the patient replies that they want the medication—drop the order back into PioneerRx fully entered so it can adjudicate like any other script. No staff action should be required until the claim rejects or the patient answers the text.
Acceptance will be based on:
• Hands-off posting and adjudication of all e-scripts, including verification of patient information, insurance details and prescription accuracy.
• Auto-generated, time-based refill reminders with proof the texts were sent and responses captured.
• Clear logging and an easy way for our team to adjust thresholds (days overdue, message copy, etc.).
• Installation support, written instructions and a quick hand-off session once both are live.
If you have proven PioneerRx automation experience and can start quickly, let’s talk.
