AI Phone Assistant Development

Hello,

I am looking for an AI developer or automation specialist to help build a simple AI phone assistant for a real estate rental company in Montreal, Canada.

The goal is simple:

When people call our main administration/leasing phone number (the number shown on our apartment advertisements), the AI assistant should automatically answer the call and help the client before transferring them to a human agent if necessary.

We mainly receive calls from people looking to rent apartments.

The AI assistant should:

* Answer calls automatically
* Speak French and English fluently
* Detect the language automatically
* Ask simple qualifying questions:

* Budget
* Desired area/location
* Move-in date
* Number of occupants
* Pets
* Parking needs
* Understand the client naturally using AI
* Help guide the person toward available apartments
* Book apartment visits automatically
* Transfer important calls to a leasing agent when needed
* Save lead information

CURRENT TOOLS WE USE:

* Monday.com
* Make.com
* Calendly

Our current workflow:

* Apartment availability and information are managed inside Monday.com
* Automations are handled with Make.com
* Visits are booked through Calendly depending on each leasing agent’s availability and assigned areas/buildings

The AI assistant should ideally integrate with these systems.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

* OpenAI / ChatGPT API
* Voice AI systems
* Twilio or similar telephony systems
* Vapi, Retell AI, Bland AI, ElevenLabs, or similar
* Monday.com API
* Make.com automations
* Calendly integrations
* CRM/workflow automations

IMPORTANT:
This is the first phase of a much larger leasing automation project, so I am looking for something scalable and well-structured.
