PHP M-Pesa Till Integration

I need a developer who has already handled M-Pesa Till integrations to drop straight into my PHP site and wire up secure, reliable payments. The codebase is clean and MVC-style, but the checkout flow is still missing the M-Pesa layer—STK push, confirmation callback, and automatic reconciliation.

You’ll be working directly in a staging branch with Git access. I’ll supply the Till number, API keys, and sandbox credentials as soon as we kick off. My goal is for customers to complete a payment, see a real-time success or failure message, and have that status stored immediately in the orders table. If a transaction times out or fails, the system should retry once and then flag the order for manual review.

Deliverables:
• Endpoint(s) that send the STK push request and handle the callback.
• A service class that writes the response to an orders table and updates balances.
• Basic error logging so I can trace any failed callbacks.
• A quick README explaining environment variables, setup, and test steps.

I’ll test with the M-Pesa sandbox first, then we’ll move to live credentials. Please highlight your most recent M-Pesa Till work, note any PHP frameworks or libraries you prefer, and estimate how long sandbox to production will take you.
