Outlook, iCal, Google Sync Setup
Budget: $10 – $50 USD
I have one personal address and several work mailboxes spread across Outlook, Apple Calendar and Google Calendar. Keeping them in sync is a daily headache, especially because two of us—myself and a colleague—both need to see every event, move things around, add meetings, or cancel bookings from whichever platform we happen to be using at the moment.
What I need from you
• Design a simple, reliable way to link all three platforms—Outlook, Apple iCal and Google Calendar—so that changes made in one instantly reflect in the others.
• Configure remote access for the two users with full control (view, edit, manage).
• Walk me through the setup and confirm that a test event created, edited and deleted from each service propagates correctly everywhere else.
Please bring proven experience with multi-platform calendar sync (Exchange, CalDAV, iCloud, third-party tools or scripts—whatever works best). Once everything is humming, a short written cheat-sheet outlining the steps and any maintenance tips will wrap the job up.
