Ongoing AI SaaS QA Support

I am about to launch my two projects—a growing AI-driven tool platform and a separate SaaS—and I’m looking for a reliable developer I can keep on retainer month-to-month. Day-to-day, issues are usually small but time-sensitive: a button stops responding after a deploy, an endpoint starts timing out, or a new third-party API version needs wiring in before users notice. I need you on call to spot these hiccups early, patch them quickly, then push the fix through our CI/CD pipeline so both products stay stable and customers see zero downtime.

You’ll focus on:

• Monitoring performance

When something crops up, you’ll jump into whichever repository needs attention, trace the root cause, write clean code, test it, and merge. Between incidents you’ll keep an eye on logs, metrics, and alerting dashboards, tuning queries or scaling resources when usage spikes. If you can also suggest preventive improvements or small refactors as you go, even better—steady, incremental polish is the goal.

Flexibility across time zones is important; I need to know I can ping you and get a timely response when production is at risk.
