NoBeds Premium Expert: Full Setup & Seamless OTA Synchronization (Booking, Expedia, Airbnb)

I am looking for a technical expert in NoBeds PMS to perform a professional setup and full bidirectional synchronization with Booking.com, Expedia, and Airbnb. The primary goal is to establish a robust Channel Manager connection to eliminate overbooking risks through real-time updates.

Current Status: Active NoBeds Premium account, basic property/room info uploaded, OTA credentials ready.

Scope of Work:
1. Listing Mapping: Connect existing OTA listings to the corresponding units within NoBeds.
2. Channel Manager Configuration: Set up XML/API connections to ensure instantaneous synchronization of availability, rates, and inventory.
3. Rate & Policy Mapping: Accurately map rate plans, cancellation policies, taxes, and extra fees for each specific channel.
4. Messaging Automation: Set up and test automated email and messaging templates for guest communication.
5. Quality Assurance: Conduct a "Stress Test" including a simulated booking and manual availability block to verify the bidirectional data flow and ensure zero overbooking errors.

Requirements:
- Proven experience with NoBeds PMS (Premium).
- Deep knowledge of Booking.com, Expedia, and Airbnb extranets.
- Ability to troubleshoot mapping conflicts and sync errors.

The project is considered complete only when:
- Availability updates on the NoBeds dashboard reflect instantly on all OTAs.
- New bookings are imported with full guest details, correct pricing, and notes.
- All automated communications are triggered correctly without errors.

I will be available to provide API pins, permissions, and access codes promptly to ensure a smooth workflow.
