Newsletter Automation with the AI Tools Perplexity Computer, Claude CoWork and OpenClaw

I’m ready to kick-off a suite of daily-work automations and the first milestone is a fully automated HTML newsletter builder. I already rely on Perplexity Computer, Claude CoWork and OpenClaw, so please be comfortable orchestrating those services (or their APIs) alongside the usual Python, Node, Zapier or Make routines.

Scope of this initial job
• Source material must be pulled automatically from web scraping, specific YouTube channels/playlists and our HubSpot posts.
• The collected items need to be ranked for freshness and relevance, lightly summarised and merged into an HTML template I will provide.
• The finished markup should land in my mailbox and, if possible, be published directly to a draft in HubSpot for final review.

Acceptance criteria
1. One command (or scheduled trigger) produces a complete, styled HTML newsletter.
2. All links and embedded thumbnails work out-of-the-box.
3. Content sources match the three channels above; no manual copy-paste needed.
4. Code and workflow are documented clearly so I can reuse the same framework later for tasks like approving Facebook registrations or answering emails.

If this pilot runs smoothly, I’ll immediately roll the same architecture into spreadsheet filling, Telegram-to-WordPress posting and other repetitive chores, so think modular and leave room for easy extensions.
