New Zealand Thoroughbred Racing Data API to Excel
Budget: $30 – $250 NZD
I need a New Zealand based Freelancer to provide a simple, no-cost way to pull thoroughbred racing form and data from an official public racing API, and drop it straight into my existing Excel template whenever I choose. The process must run on an ordinary New Zealand Windows laptop—no paid cloud services, no expensive subscriptions—as long as I can launch it with a click.
Core requirements
• Source: only the official public racing API I will specify.
• Output: a fully populated Excel workbook that keeps my current column structure.
- Calculations: needs to include specific calculations in the Excel workbook as per my attached Project Description
• Data points: everything in the workbook and listed in the attached Project Description with my specific calculations
• Repeatability: I must be able to refresh the sheet myself before every meeting without touching code.
Deliverables
1. The working script or automated Excel solution.
2. A clear, step-by-step guide (screenshots or short video) that shows me how to run it and update any URL changes.
