Network Card Payment API Integration

Looking to make a page that receives these integers via POST and redirects to Network.ae payment page:
date
orderid
amount
referrer_domain
order_status (0 be default)
Save the integers in DB.
Redirects to Network.ae card payment (preferably via SDK) with the amount integer from POST
The payment page SHOULD NOT contain Network.ae logos.
If this not possible, please say in advance.
If payment process is complete, set order_status=1, redirect to success.php
If payment fails, redirect to processing.php
Any reply without an explanation of what project (and link to the project) you did with Network.ae will be ignored.
Do not reply if you have not worked with Network.ae before
