Need WhatsApp Business API Setup – Ban-Proof Replying for 100–200 Daily Messages (No Website Available)

I receive 100–200 WhatsApp messages daily from customers.
When I reply from my normal WhatsApp account, my number gets banned in a few days.
I need an expert to set up the Official WhatsApp Business API (Cloud API or via BSP like 360dialog, Gupshup, WATI, etc.) so I can reply to all chats without ever getting banned.
Important:
I do NOT have a business website.
You must either create a simple 1-page website for verification OR use a BSP that does not require a website.
No modded WhatsApp, no spam tools — only official API setup.
Requirements:
Verify my Facebook Business account (with or without website).
Connect a new WhatsApp number to the official API.
Set up a dashboard (or web panel) where I can send and reply to messages easily.
Ensure my number is safe from bans even when I reply to 100–200 daily chats.
Create at least 3 approved message templates for outbound messages.
Train me briefly on how to use the system.
