Monday.com Automation Specialist Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm looking for an experienced Monday.com automation specialist to help configure two specific workflows for my firm.
1. Email-to-Board Automation
When a client sends an email to I need that email to automatically create or update an item on their specific Monday.com board. Requirements:
Incoming emails route to the correct client board based on sender address
Email subject and body populate the relevant item fields
Any attachments included in the email must upload automatically to the corresponding file column on that item
The trigger email address is (send-only alias — the actual receiving inbox is
This likely involves Make.com (formerly Integromat) as the middleware layer connecting Gmail → Monday.com.
2. Client Board Access / Login Portal
Clients need to be able to log in and view their own board without seeing other clients' data. Requirements:
Each client gets their own Monday.com guest or viewer login
Access is restricted to their board only
They can review item status, uploaded documents, and any notes or updates posted by our team
What I Need From You
Assessment of the current Make.com scenario and what's needed to complete the attachment pipeline (the Gmail List Attachments module currently has a warning error)
Configuration of client-restricted board access
Brief documentation of what was built so I can maintain it going forward
Must have extensive monday automation experience
