I am looking for an experienced developer or team to create a mobile recharge system in India that supports all major operators (Airtel, Jio, Vi, BSNL, etc.). The system will have vendor and sub-vendor management functionalities where:

Admin Features:

Create and manage multiple vendors.

Monitor transactions, commissions, and balances of each vendor.

Recharge API integration for all operators in India.

Control commission rates per vendor.

Dashboard with sales & recharge reports.

Vendor Features:

Login via web or mobile app.

Check balance, perform recharges for all operators.

Create and manage multiple sub-vendors.

Set commission for sub-vendors.

View transaction history, reports, and earnings.

Sub-Vendor Features:

Login access (web/app).

Perform mobile recharges using assigned wallet balance.

View their own transaction reports.

Other Requirements:

Secure wallet system for balance management.

Recharge APIs should be integrated with real-time status updates.

Recharge history, failed transaction handling, and refund system.

Mobile-friendly UI/UX (Android app priority, iOS optional).

Scalable architecture for high transaction volume.

Tech Preference (Optional but Preferred):
