Migrate Magento 2 Store to Shopify Plus — 200 Products + Order History

We're moving our B2B industrial supply store from Magento 2.4 to Shopify
Plus. The design/theme is already set up on Shopify (someone else handled
that). What I need is the DATA MIGRATION piece only:

Products:
- 200 products with variants (~600 total SKUs)
- All product data: titles, descriptions, images, prices, SKUs, weights,
inventory counts
- Product categories → Shopify collections mapping
- Product meta fields (spec sheets, certifications, minimum order qty)

Customers:
- ~1,800 customer accounts with company names
- Customers need to be able to log into Shopify without resetting
passwords (if possible — I know this is tricky)

Orders:
- Last 2 years of order history (~4,200 orders)
- Need this for reference/lookup, not for reprocessing

URL Redirects:
- 301 redirects from all old Magento URLs to new Shopify URLs
- This is critical for SEO — we rank well for several product keywords

What I'll provide:
- Full Magento admin access
- Magento database export (SQL)
- CSV exports of products, customers, orders
- Shopify Plus admin access
- The URL mapping spreadsheet is partially done (about 60% complete —
you'll need to finish it)

I do NOT need:
- Theme design (already done)
- Payment gateway setup (already done)
- App installations (already done)
