Meta WhatsApp Commerce Automation

I want my storefront to live inside Meta’s ecosystem and be completely reachable through WhatsApp. The work begins with configuring Commerce Manager, uploading the full product catalogue and then pairing that catalogue with my verified WhatsApp Business API number. From there I need a conversational chatbot that can automatically recognise a customer’s message, pull the relevant catalogue item and reply with images, price and a direct purchase link. Its first duty is to handle customer inquiries, but it must also leave the door open for additional automated flows such as order updates or future marketing broadcasts.

• WhatsApp Business API configuration, number verification and webhook hosting
• Chatbot logic that answers product questions 24/7 using the synced catalogue
• Basic dashboard or clear documentation so I can adjust products and responses myself
