Membership Booking and API integration of 3/4 applications

We’re a membership based boating club and rental company.
I have been working with a developer who’s going to have bata demo ready by next week hopefully before we meet Wednesday. I’ve also thinking on next phase of development How I envision ClubEvo system Development process working. Original I had sought out various third party applications which seem to have enough features to start .. but I know they would eventually become un suitable.. So I decided not build it on third party platform/application or try n integrate it with custom code. I studied the development process for last two months I running into developer who work only on Wordpress It’s open source platforms.. allow user access for any add on or SDK integration (plugins) Greg used Shopify platform for our Oasis built. However , based on my study ..Shopify is not open source. They use apps from third party which can’t be modify or tweaked to adapt So I was directed to a platform called “WooCommerce” Which is effectively Wordpress They use Plugins similar to what Shopify calls “Apps” All of WooCommerce plugins are open source. So I decide to hire a developer who is working on developing the first phase I’ve worked with her in selecting 4 plugins: 1-Membership 2-Subscription 3-Bookings 4-Dynamic pricing This is how I see full version. It consist of 2 major pieces: + ClubEvo.caWEBSITE - designed from scratch, built with WooCommerce plugins + ClubEvo MOBILE APP - build with based on the website design. For the WEBSITE - Based on past experience, we use what's available as much as possible. This means a number of plugins will be involved. similar "custom projects", building custom screens using the base plugins selected. So combining the above sentences, we follow setup: 1. WooCommerce as the base of everything. 2. WooCommerce Memberships plugin to setup membership levels and what each level has access to. 3. WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin to make memberships "periodically renewed". (vs. not a one time purchase to stay forever) 4. WooCommerce Bookings plugin for reservations and rentals. 5. WooCommerce dynamic pricing 6. We need to work on a UI & UX design for the website, separate from the above 5 pieces. Design the whole site, step by step. Then build the theme or pages accordingly, using the above setup plugin functionality. What's Next to be included in the website MVP? The community section like Forums, on-site messaging, member chat, etc. These can be added with other plugins later, but it'd add to our launch work for. For the MOBILE APP: Since we'll build everything with WooCommerce, we can use as is to build our app - in minutes. Once the website is doing everything we need, and has the design we need, our app will be ready with ShopApper rightaway. We'll need to decide on a few app settings when we get there, but 90% of what to do is going to be covered in the website development. TOTAL Estimate ETA For the website build, we'll have 4 separate pieces to work on (in parallel mostly): 1. Setup / Plugins / Integrations: 2. UI / UX Design 3. Development of Theme and Pages (Design to Code) 4.it's integration to the design and admin panel We expect a total of 3-4 weeks of work. we can talk about the specifics, the details of the pages, screens and the process / steps the users will go through.
