ManyChat Travel Bot API Integration

I have a partially-built ManyChat workspace that already connects to our WhatsApp Business number. What’s missing is the full API layer and a set of clean, conversational flows. I want you to take over the build and then stay on to keep everything running smoothly.

Your first task will be wiring in the live data feeds from Expedia, Airbnb, Skyscanner, Trip.com, Hotels.com and Kayak. Once those endpoints return rates and availability, you’ll map them into quick-reply cards so the bot can quote or compare options in real time.

With the data in place, you’ll complete the flows for three core use-cases:
• Booking requests
• Travel package inquiries
• General customer support

Because I only need basic, template-style replies, sophisticated NLP isn’t required—clarity and speed are. The hand-off to a human agent should trigger automatically whenever the user asks something the standard flows can’t answer.

After launch, I’d like light ongoing management: monitoring API health, updating promos, and tweaking keywords when new destinations roll out.

You should be fully comfortable inside ManyChat, WhatsApp Cloud API, webhooks, JSON, and typical travel-site authentication methods (API keys, OAuth).

Deliverables that mark the project complete:
• All six travel APIs returning live results inside ManyChat
• Finished WhatsApp flows covering the three scenarios above
• Fail-safe fallback to human agent
• A brief Loom walkthrough so I can make minor edits myself
