FULL TIME WORK NEEDED
I need an expert who can jump straight into my existing ManyChat workspace and wire it seamlessly to HubSpot so every interaction on Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook feeds an automated follow-up sequence. Marketing automation is the core objective, not just basic contact syncing, so the flows you create must push contacts into the right HubSpot lists, trigger the emailer, and open tasks for my team without manual intervention.
Alongside the HubSpot work, the build has to exchange data with Brevoo for additional email touchpoints, pass booking details to Calendly, and drop notes or files into Google Docs and Google Meet invitations when appropriate. If you have deep, hands-on experience chaining these tools together inside ManyChat, you’ll find the environment familiar; I simply need it organised, tested, and ready to scale.
Deliverables I’ll sign off on:
• Fully documented ManyChat flows for Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook that post contact info to HubSpot and fire the correct automated emails and tasks.
• Real-time validation that Calendly, Brevoo, Google Docs and Google Meet hooks fire with the expected data.
• Clear mapping sheet (spreadsheet or Google Doc) showing every trigger, field pair, and endpoint for future troubleshooting.
