Make.com Automation Specialist (Twilio, Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, GoHighLevel) – Stress Test & Optimize Existing Workflows
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
Project Description
I am looking for a highly experienced Make.com (formerly Integromat) automation specialist to review, streamline, stress test, and optimize my existing automation infrastructure.
This is NOT a beginner project.
Most of the modules and scenarios are already built. I need someone who can:
• Audit and optimize current Make scenarios
• Troubleshoot firing issues
• Stress test onboarding workflows
• Ensure error handling and fallback logic are solid
• Improve structure, naming, documentation, and scalability
• Clean up and streamline inefficient flows
Project Context
I am building an internal onboarding automation sequence for my company.
When I hire new employees (setters, closers, etc.), I want to:
• Automatically send onboarding documents
• Send NDAs and agreements
• Trigger Slack notifications
• Create internal tasks
• Add them to Google Workspace
• Send calendar invites
• Push onboarding emails
• Populate Google Sheets
• Trigger SMS notifications (via Twilio)
• Send Zoom meeting links
• Integrate with GoHighLevel when required
The system is already partially built.
I need someone who can:
Review the entire automation chain
Stress test edge cases
Fix inconsistencies
Optimize for reliability
Improve logic where necessary
Add minor improvements if needed
Required Experience
You must have strong working knowledge of:
• Make.com (advanced level)
• Twilio (SMS + automation triggers)
• Slack integrations
• Zoom API / automation
• Google Workspace
• Google Sheets automations
• Webhooks
• Error handling in Make
• Multi-scenario architecture
Bonus (strongly preferred):
• GoHighLevel experience
• CRM automation experience
• Onboarding workflow design
• Experience with scaling automation systems
IMPORTANT — APPLICATION REQUIREMENT
To apply:
You must respond with:
• Screenshots or descriptions of real Make scenarios you’ve built
• Examples of automation systems you’ve stress-tested
• Explanation of how you structure complex Make environments
• Any relevant experience with onboarding automation
If you reply with:
“Hi, I can do this.”
Your application will NOT be considered.
Only serious candidates with proof of experience will be reviewed.
Scope
Phase 1:
Audit + optimize existing onboarding automation
Phase 2:
Stress test + troubleshooting
Phase 3 (optional):
Add minor enhancements and documentation
Communication
Clear communication is required.
I move fast and expect structured responses.
If you are a true Make.com expert who understands operational automation and system design, apply with examples of your work.
