Magento Store to ZOHO Migration

I’m ready to retire our ageing Magento install and relaunch the shop inside ZOHO Commerce. We sell only physical products, so the catalog, shipping and tax rules are all centred around tangible inventory.

Here’s what I need you to handle from end-to-end:

• Export every product record—images, variants, SEO data—and import them cleanly into ZOHO Commerce, preserving categories and URLs wherever possible.
• Transfer the entire customer database and order history so existing shoppers can log in and view past purchases without hiccups.
• Spin the new store up on a pre-built ZOHO Commerce template of your recommendation, then tweak colours, fonts and basic layout so it feels like a refreshed version of our current brand, not a generic default.

I’ll provide full Magento admin access, current theme assets, and the ZOHO Commerce licence the moment we start. You’ll bring the migration scripts, field mapping expertise and a keen eye for post-migration data validation—no duplicate orders, broken images or missing passwords.

Once everything is in place, a quick screenshare walk-through of the new back-office, plus a migration report outlining what was moved and any edge-case fixes, will sign the project off.
