Lodgify Integration into Rental Website

Integrate Lodgify Booking Engine + Channel Manager into Existing Website (Airbnb / Vrbo Sync)

Description:
We own and operate a short-term rental business (9 Airbnb units + additional long-term apartments) and are transitioning to direct bookings through our website: metrosoundapartments.com.

We are looking for an experienced developer to integrate a booking engine and channel manager into our existing website using Lodgify.

Scope of Work:

Integrate Lodgify booking engine into our current website (embed or API)
Connect and sync listings with Airbnb and Vrbo using Lodgify’s channel manager (API connections, not iCal)
Ensure real-time calendar synchronization across all platforms
Integrate Beyond Pricing so rates flow correctly into Lodgify and then to all channels
Set up booking flow, availability calendar, and checkout process on website
Configure Stripe (or similar) for direct payments
Ensure mobile responsiveness and clean UX for booking

Requirements:

Proven experience with Lodgify (or similar PMS/channel manager)
Experience integrating Airbnb/Vrbo via API connections
Experience embedding or customizing booking engines on existing websites
Familiarity with Beyond Pricing integrations (preferred)
Strong understanding of calendar syncing and avoiding double bookings

Deliverables:

Fully functional booking system on our website
All listings synced and operational
Test bookings completed successfully
Documentation or walkthrough of system

Bonus (Preferred but not required):

Experience optimizing direct booking conversions
Basic SEO or UX improvements for booking flow
