LimeSurvey Amazon.de Coupon Integration

I’m running a LimeSurvey questionnaire and want every respondent who reaches the final “Finished” page to instantly receive a unique Amazon.de coupon. If it is possible to do that without asking an email for the user would be nice
At the moment I do not have an Amazon API account for Germany, so the project starts with guiding me through the registration and whitelisting process. Once the keys are available, I’ll rely on you to configure or craft whatever is necessary inside LimeSurvey (plugin, webhook, or external script) so that:
