Lead-Gen Instagram Chatbot App

I’m looking to roll out a purpose-built chatbot that captures and qualifies leads directly inside Instagram. The goal is simple: greet visitors in DMs, guide them through a short question flow, collect contact details, and hand the data off to my CRM or a Google Sheet for quick follow-up.

Here’s what I need from you:

• A conversational flow optimised for lead generation, including fallback handling for unexpected inputs.
• Seamless integration with the official Instagram API so the bot can run 24/7 without violating platform policies.
• Backend logic (Node.js, Python, or another mainstream stack) that stores captured leads in a secure database and optionally pushes them to Zapier or webhooks.
• A lightweight dashboard or clear-cut reporting method so I can track conversation counts, drop-off points, and overall conversion rate.
• Deployment support plus concise documentation that lets me tweak questions, responses, or CTAs on my own after hand-off.

If you’re familiar with Dialogflow, ManyChat, Chatfuel, or a custom code solution, let me know which route you’d recommend and why. Future phases may expand the same bot onto my website and email funnels, so clean, modular code is a must.
