Laravel System Enhancement: WhatsApp & RCS Integration

Project Title: WhatsApp Business API & RCS Integration with Laravel System
Project Description:
We are looking for an experienced developer or agency to assist us in registering and integrating WhatsApp Business API and Google RCS messaging into our existing Laravel-based web system.
Our platform is already built in Laravel and includes modules for file sharing, campaign sending (SMS, Email), and customer data management. Now we want to expand by adding WhatsApp Business Messaging and RCS messaging capabilities directly from the dashboard.
Project Scope:
WhatsApp Business API
Guide and assist in WhatsApp Business API registration (via Meta/Facebook or BSP if required).
Help set up verified business profiles.
Generate permanent access tokens and setup webhook for incoming messages.
Integrate API with Laravel to:
Send templated and session messages.
Receive and store replies.
Track message status (delivered, read, failed, etc.).
Google RCS Integration
Assist in Google RCS messaging setup and registration via Google/partner.
Guide on getting brand verified.
Integrate RCS API into Laravel backend to:
Send multimedia-rich messages.
Receive user replies.
Track delivery and engagement.
Laravel Integration
Implement APIs within our Laravel backend.
Create APIs or functions that can be reused across campaign modules.
Build basic front-end UI (optional but preferred) to test WhatsApp and RCS messaging.
Ensure security, error handling, and logging.
Technical Requirements:
Expertise in Laravel 9+
Experience with WhatsApp Business API (Cloud or On-premise)
Experience with Google RCS or similar telecom integrations
Knowledge of webhooks, RESTful APIs, and JSON
Familiarity with campaign platforms, messaging tools, or CRMs is a plus.
Deliverables:
Working API connections for WhatsApp and RCS
Step-by-step documentation for setup and future maintenance
Testing environment (or sandbox) for both platforms
Sample message templates configured
Basic UI or API endpoints integrated with Laravel
