Laravel Developer – Job Board + Web-Based Chatbot

Overview:

We are hiring a developer to complete two essential tasks asap:

Task 1: Developer Job Board

Build a simple web-based job board system where:

Only Admin can create developer accounts (no public registration)
Developers log in to see only their assigned tasks
Admin can:

Create, assign, and delete tasks
Set priority, due dates, and status (Active, Completed, Cancelled)
Leave comments and upload files
Developers can:

View and complete tasks assigned to them
Leave comments and upload files
Comment section per task
Notifications via email or WhatsApp when tasks are assigned
Secure login, clean interface, and Google Drive or cloud backup

Task 2: Transition Telegram Chatbot to Web

Convert an existing Telegram-based chatbot to a fully web-based version. The chatbot is designed to help users track Amazon product prices. Current functionality uses static data while awaiting Amazon API access.

Desired user flow:

User types a product name
Bot shows search results (static for now, API later)
User selects a product to track
Bot confirms the tracking setup

Requirements:

Proficiency in Laravel and MySQL
Experience building secure, role-based access systems
Ability to create a simple, responsive chatbot UI
API integration experience (Telegram, YouTube, or Amazon is a bonus)

Timeline:

Task 1 (Job Board) is the priority and should be completed as soon as possible. Task 2 (Chatbot Web UI) will follow.
