KajNow Booking System Integration

My KajNow mobile app is already live on iOS and Android; its screens and user flows are in place but the actual booking engine is still missing. Your task is to build that engine, wire it into the current user and provider apps, and hook everything up to the existing admin panel and backend so the whole experience feels native and seamless.

Here is the flow that has to work from day one: a customer creates an order, the chosen provider instantly receives it, status updates propagate in real time, and either the customer or the provider can cancel at any stage. Every key event—order creation, acceptance, rejection, start, completion, or cancellation—must trigger push, email, and SMS notifications.

Deliverables
1. Booking module fully integrated with the current iOS, Android, and web-based admin projects.
2. Notification logic connected to Firebase Cloud Messaging (push) plus our existing email and SMS gateways.
3. Cancellation flow with proper role permissions for both customers and providers.
4. Clear, commented code and a brief hand-over document outlining setup, endpoints, and future extension points.
5. End-to-end test cases that show order creation, acceptance, cancellation, and status updates across all roles.
