IoT Integration Expert for Milk Analyzer

Project Title: Hardware Engineer Needed – IoT Integration for Ekomilk Milk Analyzer
Project Description

I am developing an Automated Milk Procurement System and need a hardware expert to work on-site immediately. The core of this project is to interface an Ekomilk Milk Testing Machine with our existing web application.

Key Task:

Integrate a PT (Pressure/Temperature) Transmitter or interface the existing RS232/USB data output from the Ekomilk machine.

Develop/Configure a gateway (using ESP32, Raspberry Pi, or similar) to transmit real-time testing data (Fat, SNF, etc.) to a developed web app via API/MQTT.

Ensure stable data flow from the hardware on-site to the cloud.

Location Requirements:

Must be based in Bangalore or Indore.

This is on-site work; you will need to handle the physical machine and wiring.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with RS232/Serial communication protocols.

Proficiency in ESP32, Arduino, or Industrial IoT Gateways.

Basic understanding of API integration (sending JSON data to a URL).

Prior experience in dairy automation or industrial sensor integration is a huge plus.
