IoT Developer for Health-Tech Kiosk Prototype

IoT/Integration Developer Project Brief

I am building Medrovia, a health-tech startup developing a prototype kiosk for real-time health screening.

For Phase-1, I need an IoT/Integration Developer to connect 3–4 common health devices with kiosk software and handle backend data flow.

Work Needed:

Integrate devices (examples: BP monitor, weight scale, oximeter, thermometer) with kiosk software.

Capture readings and output structured data (JSON).

Build simple backend logic to process readings and send data to UI developer.

Implement rule-based checks (e.g., flag unusual values).

Set up local storage (JSON/SQLite/Firebase) for Phase-2 data use.

Provide documentation for setup and handoff.

Deliverables:

Device integration scripts (Python/Node.js preferred).

Backend system with JSON data output.

Rule-based check engine.

Documentation and developer handoff.

Skills Required:
Python or Node.js · IoT APIs/SDKs · Data storage (SQLite/Firebase/JSON) · API integration · Raspberry Pi/Arduino (bonus)

Experience Level: Intermediate (2–5 years)
Timeline: 4–6 weeks
Budget: Fixed $700–$900 USD (~₹58K–₹75K INR), milestone-based
Location: India-based preferred (Hyderabad is a plus for device testing)

Notes:

Must provide progress updates 2–3 times per week.
