Integrations Support Manager Specialist (QuickBooks, Xero, Zapier, Stripe)
Budget: $10 – $20 USD
Our SaaS company is looking for a very long-term team member who can provide integration support to our customers who need to integrate our product with other software solutions. This is not a coding job. This is a full-time position with 36-46 hours/week. You will coordinate with developers, but you will not be editing any code.
NOTE: You are helping customers of our software (construction software) connect it to their QuickBooks account.
The person for this job must have assisted many companies in the past with integrating QuickBooks. If you do not have extensive experience providing QuickBooks integration assistance, do NOT apply.
Must have strong written and spoken English skills as you will be meeting with customers daily.
Other integrations that you will be expected to learn include: Xero, Zapier, Stripe, etc.
You will be expected to be the company expert when it comes to helping our customers integrate our software with other software solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Initial setup of new integrations
- Troubleshooting any issues that may arise
- Providing ongoing maintenance and support
- Assisting developers in identifying issues and solutions
- Coordinating with product team integration enhancements
- Training team members on the basics of the integrations
- Managing small team of integration specialists
- Identifying new integration opportunities

Work Hours
- This is a full-time position for 40 hours/week. Could be more or less if your needs require it.
- Must work between 8AM EST - 6PM EST time range. Monday - Friday.
