Integrate Loxone with WordPress User Data

I need a developer to set up a system on my WordPress site that will automatically add user profile information to Loxone via a user registration form.

Requirements:
- A user registration form that collects:
- Name and contact details
- Address information
- Automatic integration of this data into Loxone

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- WordPress development
- Experience with Loxone integration
- Form creation and data handling in WordPress

It is desirable that the form is an a page on my existing website, this is wordpress.

Setup:
At a site, I need a QR code, that links to a webpage.

On that webpage the user would need to type in
Name
Adress
Phone
Email
car reg number

This info will then sendt to Loxone, and a user with a 6 pin code will be added, Shown on the confirmation page/and sendt on email.
This code will then give access to a door. In which the history tab the name of user will be shown. In case of vandalism.
