Integrate Files Into Website & App

I have a growing set of marketing and data assets—PowerPoint decks, live Google Sheets, and dynamic QR codes—that all need to flow seamlessly into our public-facing website and the companion mobile app. The goal is simple: whenever I update a deck, tweak a sheet, or regenerate a QR code, the changes should be reflected online without extra manual steps.

Here is what I’m looking to achieve:

• PowerPoint: Convert or embed key slides so they display crisply on the site and in the app, with the option to download the full deck.
• Google Sheets: Pull specific ranges from a live sheet, auto-refresh them, and present the data in a clean, responsive layout.
• QR Codes: Generate codes on the fly based on URLs I provide and display them in predefined blocks that users can scan directly from their phones.
• Integration: Everything must work in both environments—web (WordPress/HTML) and native/hybrid app (Flutter or React Native are fine). A single source of truth, no double handling.

Acceptance criteria
1. One-click update workflow for each asset type.
2. Consistent styling across web and app.
3. Clear hand-off notes and commented code so my in-house team can maintain it.
