Hotel & Airbnb Booking Site

I have a few hotels already connected to a channel-manager booking engine and I now want one unified website where guests can reserve those rooms directly and also browse my Airbnb properties side-by-side.

Core scope
• Connect the site to the existing channel manager so room availability and rates for each hotel stay perfectly in sync and guests can complete reservations without leaving the site.
• Pull in my Airbnb listings with full listing details and a live availability calendar. Reviews are handled by Airbnb itself, so only the details and calendar need to appear on the site.
• Present hotels and vacation rentals under a single, intuitive search / filter experience and a clean responsive design that works smoothly on mobile.
• Secure checkout, automated confirmation emails and the usual GDPR-compliant cookie/consent banners.
• The site should default to Spanish as the main language, with automatic translation for visitors based on their language preference using tools like WPML or TranslatePress.

Tech notes
I am comfortable if you use WordPress + a booking plugin, a lightweight JavaScript framework, or a bespoke build—as long as the channel-manager API is integrated cleanly and the Airbnb data feeds update automatically. Please highlight any third-party tools or APIs you plan to rely on.

Deliverables
1. Fully functional website deployed on my hosting account.
2. Channel-manager connection tested with live reservations.
3. Airbnb feed displaying accurate listing details and calendars and rate.
4. Brief hand-over document covering update procedures and any licences used.
