I’m looking for a purpose-built appointment scheduling module that slots neatly into our current hospital workflow. The core requirement is a clean, intuitive interface that lets staff create, move, and cancel bookings without double-booking clinicians or rooms. Real-time calendars for each doctor should update immediately across the system so everyone sees the same availability at a glance.
The new scheduler must also talk to our Laboratory system. When an appointment is confirmed, patient and visit details need to pass automatically to the lab so they can prep any tests in advance; once results are ready, status updates should flow back to the schedule for easy follow-up. The lab platform already exposes a REST-based API, so experience with API integration—and, ideally, HL7 or FHIR standards—will help you move fast.

• Secure bi-directional integration with the existing Laboratory system (API documentation supplied after kickoff)
