Automation Expert Needed: Smoobu + Oblio Integration for Invoicing and Guest Form Generation
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced automation developer to create a custom integration between Smoobu, Oblio (Romanian invoicing platform with eFactura support), and Google Drive/Docs.

The goal is to automate the following processes:

Scope of Work:
Invoice Automation:

Automatically retrieve reservation data from Smoobu via API.

Create and issue invoices in Oblio using the extracted data.

Ensure invoices are correctly formatted for Romanian fiscal law and automatically submitted to the eFactura system.

Guest Registration Form Automation:

Using the same Smoobu data, generate a Guest Registration Form (fișa de cazare) in PDF or Google Docs format.

The template will be provided and must be auto-filled with each guest's booking information.

Save the form to Google Drive and/or send it by email.

Requirements:
Proven experience with API integrations (Smoobu, Oblio, Google APIs).

Strong knowledge of n8n, Zapier, or any custom automation tool (n8n preferred).

Understanding of Romanian e-invoicing requirements is a plus.

Ability to test and validate with real or dummy data.

Clear documentation of the automation flow.

Deliverables:
Fully functional automated workflow (n8n preferred).

Working integration between Smoobu and Oblio for invoicing.

Guest registration form generation from Smoobu data.

Optional: log system or notification for failed/incomplete records.
