Google Apps Script for Zadarma & Google Cloud APIs

Project Description:
We are seeking a skilled Google Apps Script developer to integrate Zadarma API with Google Cloud Speech-to-Text and Translation API.
The goal of this project is to create a calling experience for live the human agent (me), allowing me to make calls, see transcriptions, and translations in real-time. During the conversation. So I can understand better my costumer's needings.
After the call ended, I need to track all log details about conversations in a specific tab (Contact informations like Name, phone number., Call history voice record, transcription of conversation and ai summary )

When click to call button/logo initialized on googlesheets:
The system needs to ask which feature needed
Options are:
1-) no initial transcription, no initial translation only normal phone calling (after the hang-up ofc I need voice record, transcript log details etc….)
2-) english speech to english text transcription + english speech to translate [any language] text translation
That we will be doing via Google [Speech-to-Text API] and [Speech-to Translation API]
so during the conversation ı can understand better my costumer’s speech by following texts.
I guess that option can be handled via “Apps Script HTML Service”
Requirements:
• Develop a Google Apps Script that integrates Zadarma API with Google Cloud Speech-to-Text and Translation API
• Create a user interface using HTML Service that allows users to select the transcription/translation feature they want to use during a call
• Use Zadarma's weebhook/API feature (whichever integration elements suitable) to send audio data to Google Cloud Speech-to-Text API in real-time
• Use Google Cloud Speech-to-Text API to transcribe the audio data and Google Cloud Translation API to translate the transcription
• Store the call logs, transcriptions, and translations in a Google Sheets document
• Ensure that the script is secure, scalable, and follows best practices
Deliverables:
• A fully functional Google Apps Script that integrates Zadarma API with Google Cloud Speech-to-Text and Translation API
