GoHighLevel Lead Nurture Automation

I’m ready to move beyond manual follow-ups and want a streamlined lead-nurturing engine inside GoHighLevel. The core of the job is to design and build an automation workflow focused on nurturing prospects from first opt-in through to paid client, using GoHighLevel’s own CRM plus the Membership/Client Portal. All emails, SMS messages, task assignments and pipeline movements should fire automatically, adapting to each contact’s behaviour.
Data consistency is crucial, so every status change inside GHL must stay perfectly in sync with my external Holded CRM. Whether you prefer native webhooks, the public API, Zapier, Make or a custom script, I need contacts, deals and key custom fields mirrored both ways without duplication.
Once the flow is built I’ll need:
• A fully tested automation in my GHL account, activated and ready to run
• Real-time two-way sync between GHL and Holded, including error handling and clear log reporting
• A concise hand-off document or short Loom covering how to tweak copy, timing and tags
I already have copy and basic funnel pages; your role is integration and logic. If you’ve connected GoHighLevel to external CRMs before and can demonstrate a clean, reliable sync, let’s talk.
