Job Description: Senior Full Stack Engineer (Medical Website)
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to build a high-performance, SEO-optimized medical clinic main website with further optional maintenance. You will be responsible for the implementation of end-to-end architecture, from the Next.js frontend to the Payload CMS integration and Health24 API integration. Your primary goal is to deliver a seamless user experience that balances real-time medical scheduling with rigid performance and SEO requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Architectural Ownership: Implement a robust, single-repository architecture using Next.js and Payload CMS
Integration Engineering: Develop secure API proxies to bridge the Health24 platform with our frontend, ensuring reliable timetable synchronization and booking flows. Implement scheduled data backup to the external Cloud.
SEO: Implement advanced Payload-manageable SEO strategies including JSON-LD Structured Data and server-side rendering (SSR) strategies to ensure high search engine ranking for medical services.
Data Reliability: Design efficient PostgreSQL schemas and optional Redis caching strategies to ensure data consistency.
Performance Engineering: Optimize the application for rapid load times and responsive design, following Core Web Vitals.
Requirements
Expert Proficiency: Deep experience with React, Next.js (App Router), and TypeScript.
Backend & DB Expertise: Proven track record with PostgreSQL and handling semi-structured data (JSONB). Experience Payload CMS customization. Optional: Redis integration experience.
API Integration: Extensive experience with data synchronization via REST API.
SEO Focus: Demonstrated ability to optimize complex web applications for Google Search. Nice to have YMYL (Your Money Your Life) deliverables in portfolio.
Autonomy: A proven ability to work as a "team of one" or lead a small squad, taking full responsibility for deployment and CI/CD.
Nice to Have
AI-Augmented Development: Extensive experience using tools like Claude Code or GitHub Copilot to accelerate feature development, documentation, and automated testing.
Infrastructure: Familiarity with Docker (or alternatives), Linux VPS environments.
