Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need you to develop a complete news website including backend system, automated scraper, API integration, editorial admin panel, paywall system, category engine, and full deployment.
You will be responsible for building everything.
The only thing I will provide is:
• server credentials
• API key for ChatGPT
• the editorial prompts (already prepared)
You must deliver a fully functional platform.
1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Bundeskompass.de (already registered) will be a German news website inspired by the layout of WELT.de.
You will receive screenshots of the basic layout.
You must follow this design very closely, including:
Top navigation bar
Article grid layout
Category presentation
Clean, modern typography and spacing
Important:
Some developers cannot access www.welt.de
without HTTPS.

The final result must look visually similar to WELT.de, but branded as:

The frontend can be built in English internally, but the category names MUST appear in German:
