Fix WordPress Shortcode + ProKerala API Redirect Issue

I need help debugging a custom WordPress shortcode that integrates with the ProKerala Astrology API.
The shortcode [svgnan_kundali] displays a form correctly on the page. However, when the user submits the form it redirects to /kundali-result/ which results in a 404 error.
Expected behavior:
The form should call the ProKerala API and display the Kundali chart on the same page below the form without redirecting.
