Fix WordPress Pardot Integration Issues
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Our 3-party–hosted WordPress site must communicate flawlessly with our client’s Salesforce Pardot instance, and right now the handshake breaks down as soon as the Pardot WordPress plugin tries to authenticate. I already have the plugin installed and both teams—our host and the client’s Salesforce admin—are on standby, but we need someone who truly understands the moving parts on both sides to step in and guide the troubleshooting.
What I need from you
• Quickly review the current plugin settings, connected apps, and API credentials
• Pinpoint exactly where the data flow stalls: WordPress, the plugin, Pardot business unit, or Salesforce authentication
• Propose and implement the cleanest fix (OAuth refresh, CORS/header adjustments, IP whitelisting, plug-in re-configuration, or similar)
• Coordinate with the WordPress host and the client’s Pardot/Salesforce team so the final solution is validated from both ends
• Deliver a concise summary that captures root cause, steps taken, and any follow-up maintenance tips
Success is confirmed once WordPress forms submit to Pardot, visitor tracking appears in the Pardot dashboard, and no authentication errors surface in logs for 24 hours.
If you have deep, hands-on experience aligning WordPress and Pardot/Salesforce environments, let’s move quickly—I can provide immediate access to staging credentials and book time with the client admin to keep momentum.
