Fix WhatsApp Cloud API Setup

I need help resolving issues with my production setup for the WhatsApp Cloud API (Meta configuration only). Currently, my verified production number isn’t receiving messages or triggering webhooks, despite my test number working perfectly on the same setup. I believe the problems involve webhook subscriptions, permissions, or token configurations.
I've already verified the webhook endpoint successfully and have configured it to listen for all relevant events, but the production setup is still failing to work as expected.
The environment consists of a Flask backend on a Linux server with SSL enabled. I’m looking for someone experienced with Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API to:
- Review and fix my production number's setup.
- Verify the webhook subscription, permissions, and token configurations.
- Ensure live messages and webhooks function as intended.
Please note: I don’t need help with coding, chatbot building, or BSPs—just Meta-side configuration expertise.
