Fix WhatsApp API Integration Issues

I rely on the WhatsApp Business API across my web app, mobile app, and internal CRM, but recent changes have introduced several headaches. Connections drop unexpectedly, many outbound messages never reach the recipient, and I’m seeing unhandled integration errors in the logs.

Your task is to diagnose what’s causing these connectivity problems, message delivery failures, and API integration errors, then patch them so the three platforms above communicate smoothly again. I can provide existing source code, webhook URLs, current Twilio-style logs, and access to the server environment (Docker containers on Ubuntu) where the API is running.
