Fix UPI Transaction Submission Failure

My UPI payment flow breaks right at the last step—users fill everything out, hit submit, and the transaction fails with an on-screen error message. I need someone who can step in, trace the failure, and get the payment to complete successfully every time.

You’ll have access to the current integration, server logs, and the exact error text. Pinpoint what’s blocking the transaction at final submission, patch it, and verify that the success callback and status updates work end-to-end across major UPI apps.
