Fix Two Broken Website Forms

Job ID: 40316437

Budget: $250 – $750 AUD

After a recent server migration the booking form on classicandprestigecarhire.com.au and the carpet order form on ausclassics.com both stopped working and I need them running smoothly again.

classicandprestigecarhire.com.au
The form currently points to mailgate.server-mail.com; the service no longer replies and the script now throws an error instead of sending the message. I am open to switching to a modern external SMTP / API solution (SendGrid, Mailgun, Amazon SES, etc.) if that’s the quickest path, but I’m also happy to keep the existing setup should you find an easy fix.

ausclassics.com
Here the submission does reach the server, yet carpetmakingorders_proc.php returns a 503 Service Unavailable. My guess is a PHP-side problem—possibly version compatibility or mail configuration—so I’ll need you to locate the exact error, patch the script, and make sure emails send reliably.

Deliverable
• Both forms must submit without errors, trigger the appropriate email notifications, and display a user-friendly success message.
• All changes should be documented so I can replicate them in future migrations.
• Please test thoroughly on desktop and mobile before handing back.

You’ll have full cPanel/FTP access as soon as we start; let me know if you also need DNS or SMTP credentials for whichever mail option you recommend.
