Fix Surepass Production KYC Integration
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
The KYC module in my driver app was running flawlessly on Surepass sandbox APIs. I have now switched to the production domain and credentials, and every live call ends in the generic “something went wrong” message.
I am already pointing all traffic to the production environment, so the issue is not a mix-up of test and live keys. I need someone to trace the existing Surepass integration, replace the sandbox bearer token and base URL with the correct production values, confirm that the request/response and callback logic still aligns with Surepass documentation, redeploy the backend, and verify the full flow in production.
Acceptance is simple:
• A live RC (Registration Certificate) lookup returns verified data.
• A live DL (Driving License) lookup returns verified data.
• Digilocker linking and pull works end-to-end without errors.
Please keep logging minimal yet informative, push changes through the existing CI/CD pipeline, and provide a quick summary of what was fixed so I can track it in our release notes.
